Winter Formal is December 14!  EHS Student Contracts and non-EHS Guest Contracts must be turned in before you can buy a ticket.  The contracts are located on the wall in the hallway outside the school office.  Links to buy the tickets online: EHS Student Winter Formal Ticket and non-EHS Guest Winter Formal Ticket  Get ready to DISCO the NIGHT AWAY with your friends!  Current ticket prices are $60 each until Nov 10.  Nov 11 they increase to $65 each, Nov 18 they increase to $70 each, Nov 25 they increase to $75 each, and Dec 2 they increase to $80 each.  The last day to turn in a GUEST form is Dec 3.  The last day to buy tickets is Dec 10 at 3:30pm.

AP exams are temporarily not available online. They will be back up on November 15 for $114 per exam.  At that time, go to: EHS AP Exams to purchase the exams. AP Sales will end for this school year on February 28 at 9pm.   They are only available online.  If you think you may qualify for a reduced rate, please see Karen Nunes in the ASB office before placing your order online.

ASVAB - Career Exploration Program | Tuesday, Nov. 12.  Whether you're considering college, technical school, the military, or still exploring options, the ASVAB Career Exploration Program can guide you toward a fulfilling career. Understanding your skills and interests is key to making informed decisions about your future. Only open to 10th-12th Graders.  Test Date: Tuesday, November 12th - Register Here.

Spanish Club: Thursday November 7 Meeting in room 22 at Lunch, we will be starting the Poinsettia fundraiser.

Dance Club: The Dance club will be meeting Mondays and Thursdays at lunch in the old gym. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to enhance your dance skills, all interested are welcome to join. 

ASL Club meets today, Tuesday at lunch in Room 1. Come join us to have some fun learning some more Sign Language.

Attention FFA members: Juniors and seniors wanting to earn their State Degree this year, there will be a lunch meeting in room 25 11/7. State Conference applications are open and due this Friday November 8th at 12pm. Turn in the hardcopy of your application and your deposit to your advisor. The Thanksgiving Meal drive is going on now! For every 3 items donated, you receive 1 FFA point and 1 hour of community service. Max of 2 FFA points, no maximum on community service hours. Bring a variety of meal drive items to any ag classrooms or participating teacher's classroom (Anserlian, Cabello, Harrington, Olsen, Rissetto, or Young). Want to buy a tri-tip dinner to support FFA? Academic Block E - Each year 10th, 11th, and 12th graders are recognized for their academic excellence and school involvement with either a patch or pin for their letterman jacket. Stop by room 9 to pick up an application and see if you qualify. Applications are due by November 15th.

Senior MJC Application Workshop: Seniors who plan to attend MJC next year, please sign up for the MJC Application Workshop scheduled for Monday, November 18th. 

It’s not too late to go to Disney Grad Night! - May 2025 (exact date TBA): $100 deposit due was 10/31/24, but can still be paid now through November 15 to get on the waitlist. Seniors - Scholarships are starting to open!  Please check the scholarship bulletin board next to the ASB office or the list on the Class of 2025 Google Classroom. How can you begin preparing for scholarships? Go to Google Classroom for the Class of 2025 to see the current scholarship list and forms 1. Get a transcript from the EHS Counseling Center (signed and stamped, but not sealed), 2. Get 3 current letters of recommendation, 3. Complete an Academic Resume, 4. Complete an EHS General Scholarship form, 5. Write a brief essay about yourself. 6. Come see Karen Nunes in the ASB office to get help with which scholarships to apply for, and get help with any questions you may have.

 

Senior Football and Baseball Players…The Greg Cupit Memorial Scholarship is open for senior boys who play Baseball and/or Football.  Please apply for this very special scholarship. It is due December 14.

Mandatory Wrestling will begin today in the wrestling room at 3:30 pm for anyone not playing a fall sport. Any question see Coach Scott in room 19.

  • Hydration testing will be Nov. 12th at 3:30 in the locker rooms. 

 

For any baseball player NOT playing a fall or winter sport, fall training will begin Tuesday, November 5th right after school. Meet by the batting cages.
