“A BIG Congratulations to the Lady Cougars basketball team for their upset victory over Capital Christian last night in Sacramento. This was the girls basketball program's first playoff win in 18 years. The Cougars were led in scoring by Macie Vickers who finished the game with a career high 27 points. The team's defense was anchored by Sammy Lang who held Capital Christians leading scorer to only 4 points. The lady cougars play again at Calaveras at 7pm tomorrow and could use your support, keep it rolling ladies!”
