ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS: All students must be DRESS CODE COMPLIANT every day until the end of the year.

Distance Learners, please return books and Chromebooks with the charger to the library June 2-4 from 1-3 pm. Communicate with your teachers to know when the last day you will be needing your books and Chromebook before turning them in.  If you have fines please remember “cash only”.  Please use the library side entrance. HOTSPOT RETURNS- ALL STUDENTS when returning your HotSpot to the library, make sure you have your cord in the box or there will be a fee. There will be a fine if it is not returned with the Hot Spot. If you need your HotSpot over the summer for a class, it will need to be returned to the IT Dept when you are done with the device. Before you return your Hot Spot make sure you will no longer be needing it for any classes. If you have any questions you can contact Aimee in the office or email her at [email protected] 

Summer Intern Program- Join the Sconza Team for the Summer in Oakdale

June 1st- August 31st, you will need a Work Permit. Must be 16 years or older. It is 32-40 Hours a week. Please stop by Sconza on June 3rd at 10 am or 2 pm to fill out an application. 1 Sconza Candy Lane, Oakdale., CA 209-845-3777- Tiffany Mihell HR Generalist.

AP BIOLOGY 21-22 School Year If you are taking AP Biology next year, an Informational Google Classroom has been created. You can pick it up and turn it in to Mrs. Gentry in Room 3

Seniors

UPDATE** Seniors-For the Commencement Ceremony on June 4th. Each Graduate will be allowed 4 attendees per family. Attendees will not be allowed in the stadium without a promotion/graduation mask, they are the required ticket to get into the stadium. Graduates will be given the 4 attendee masks after graduation practice on Friday morning, and they will receive their ceremony mask when showing up for the ceremony Friday evening. Seniors - If you haven't ordered your cap and gown, you will have to call our Rep Rob asap at 559-999-2702.

Seniors - Graduation will be here soon.  Please check with the library for any outstanding fines and any books that have not been returned. . Please remember “cash only” for textbooks and library fines. Sober Grad tickets are being sold in the library from 1-3 pm. 

On Thursday a Sober Grad Representative will be in the library from 10:20-3 pm. 

Tickets are $40 now and $45 at the door.  Every student must have a signed waiver and permission form to purchase a ticket. The waivers and permission form can be found in the library or in the office! If you have any questions please email [email protected]

Seniors - We are excited to announce that we ARE having a Senior Award Night this year!  It will be held on the evening of June 2 and is by invitation only.  If you are receiving a scholarship or award, an invitation will be sent to you via your school email.   Please check your email and RSVP.  We have to know if you will be attending. Sports

Volleyball meeting Wednesday 6/2 in the new gym at 1:00, if any players that are interested in trying out for volleyball. Information for the summer and the 2021 schedule will be available. If you are unable to make the meeting you can contact Teresa Williamson at 209-456-7794 or [email protected]

Track & Field Athletes: Please return your washed uniform to Bower in Room 34 as soon as possible.

If you are playing football this next year, stop by coach Beam’s Room23 to grab a summer workout schedule. 

Cross Country- Interested in cross country or training with us over the summer? There will be an informational meeting in room 34 Thursday at 1 pm. You may also attend via zoom. Please join the google classroom (class code: r5eeogy) for more information or speak with Mr. Bower.

DEVOLUCIONES DE HOTSPOT- TODOS LOS ESTUDIANTES al devolver su HotSpot a la biblioteca, asegúrese de tener el cable en la caja. Habrá una multa si no se devuelve con el Hot Spot. Si necesita su Hot Spot durante el verano para una clase, cuando haya terminado con el dispositivo, deberá devolverlo al Departamento de IT. Antes de devolver su HotSpot, asegúrese de que ya no lo necesitará para ninguna clase. ACTUALIZACIÓN ** Estudiantes de cuarto año-Para la ceremonia de graduación el 4 de junio. A cada Graduado se le permitirán 4 asistentes por familia. Los asistentes a la graduación no podrán ingresar al estadio sin un tapabocas, el boleto es requerido para ingresar al estadio. Los graduados recibirán las 4 tapabocas de los asistentes después de la práctica de graduación el viernes por la mañana, y recibirán su tapabocas de ceremonia cuando se presenten a la ceremonia el viernes por la noche. Estudiantes de cuarto año: estudiantes presenciales y a distancia. * Muy importante * Por favor devuelva su Contrato de Ceremonia para su graduación de la escuela de Escalón firmado. Este formulario le permite participar en la ceremonia y recibir sus boletos. Hay formularios disponibles en la oficina si necesita una copia. Comuníquese con la oficina si tiene alguna pregunta.

Estudiantes de cuarto año-EHS Sober Grad Nite 2021, viernes 4 de junio, 9: 30-3: 00 am Comida, casino, Laser Tag, Paint Nite, Torneo Corn Hole, Caricaturas, Photobooth, premios y más ... $ 40 por adelantado, $ 45 en la puerta . Se requiere una renuncia / permiso firmado para la compra del boleto. Esté atento a los boletos que saldrán a la venta pronto en la biblioteca de EHS y la información de la hoja de permiso.

Estudiantes de cuarto año: ¡Estamos muy contentos de anunciar que este año tendremos una Noche de premios para los estudiantes de cuarto año! Se llevará a cabo la noche del 2 de junio y es solo por invitación. Si está recibiendo una beca o premio, se le enviará una invitación a través del correo electrónico de su escuela. Por favor revise su correo electrónico y confirme su asistencia. Tenemos que saber si asistirá.

Deportes

Reunión de voleibol el miércoles 2 de junio en el nuevo gimnasio a la 1:00, si hay jugadores interesados en probar el voleibol. Se dispondrá de información para el horario de verano y 2021. Atletas de campo de travesía: devuelva su uniforme lavado a Bower en el salón 34 lo antes posible.

Si planeas jugar fútbol el próximo año, pasa por el salón 23 del entrenador Beam para obtener los horarios de entrenamiento de verano.
